Joanna Weinberg, Branch Manager


Joanna Weinberg brings knowledge, experience, and a very positive attitude to her role as CNE’s Branch Manager. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and worked as an Account Executive for some time. Most recently she has worked as the Business Development Coordinator for a construction company in the Cedar Valley. In that role she built strong relationships both internally and externally and brought in $4 million worth of jobs within 1 year! As CNE’s Branch Manager she will lead the Staffing Division and continue to build amazing relationships with the clients we serve.

What do you like about working at City & National Employment?

I enjoy working at City and National Employment because it allows me to help others in the community find a job that fits their lifestyle and fulfills their professional goals.  I also get to work with local businesses and help them grow their workforce with great, qualified people.  It allows me to become one with the community and every night I go home feeling like I made a difference.  The culture at the office is fantastic.  I work with FRIENDS who I trust and respect.


What’s your background?

I grew up in the small town of Manly, IA-8 miles north of Mason City.  Before working at CNE, I was in Business Development for a construction company and an Account Executive at a media company.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Playing and spending time with my twins, dog and husband.  I also love watching baseball, writing music, dancing and shopping.
